Sugar and sugary foods

How do you lose weight? Stop the refined sugar, sugary foods, and sugary sodas, because the refined sugar is an addictive drug, an appetite enhancer that causes cancer. I have only ever started gaining weight in three ways; and one of the three ways was eating refined sugar. However, if you avoid refined sugar, eat moderately, and stay moderately active, you will start looking healthy and start losing weight steadily! My dad will get fat whenever he just sits there and eats tons of refined sugar. Then, two weeks later, when he gets disgusted with himself and starts eating meat again, he is no longer a fat dad. Stop the refined sugar, and you will lose weight! Why? Because what makes you fat are the the carb foods — especially refined sugar.

Wheat products

How do you lose weight? Stop all the wheat products, because wheat is both fattening and constipating. I have only ever started gaining weight in three ways; and one of the three ways was eating wheat products. If you avoid all wheat products, eat moderately, and stay moderately active, you will start looking healthy, and start losing weight steadily! Stop the wheat, and you will lose weight! Why? Because what makes you fat are the the carb foods — especially wheat.
