Foods, low-protein (cont'd...)Thanks to your low libido, you won't have any daytime erection, not even morning wood, if you're on a diet of low protein foods.
The most likely perpetrator is a harridan who fixes your meals, or greatly influences you in the food choices you make. Why? Because she worships carbs and refined sugar, and maligns protein foods; especially protein foods of animal origin.
And because whenever she fixes your meals, she believes she has the right to tell you what to eat. Therefore, she chooses for you foods that are low in proteins and high in carbs and refined sugar. And these are the kinds of foods that give you low libido and ED (erectile dysfunction).

- While high protein diets do not harm you, low protein protein diets can and will harm you.
The issue is, on a per day basis you can eat only so much. Where are you going to get your daily dose of protein, if, for example, you follow her example, and pig out on potato chips and energy drinks?
